This notice explains what information is collected when you visit alpha-syria.com and how it is used. The website does not sell products, has no user accounts and does not ask you to register.يوضّح هذا الإشعار المعلومات التي تُجمع عند زيارتك لموقع alpha-syria.com وكيفية استخدامها. لا يبيع الموقع أي منتجات، ولا يتضمن حسابات للمستخدمين، ولا يطلب منك التسجيل.

- Server logs. Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used to run and protect the website.سجلات الخادم. يسجّل مزوّد الاستضافة لدينا (GoDaddy) بيانات تقنية عن كل طلب، مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح والصفحة المطلوبة والوقت، وتُستخدم هذه السجلات لتشغيل الموقع وحمايته.
- Visit statistics. Our hosting provider adds a traffic-measurement script to the website. It sets cookies (
_tccl_visitor, kept for up to one year;_tccl_visitand_scc_session, which expire shortly after your visit) and sends usage data, such as the pages viewed, to GoDaddy. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the website works.إحصاءات الزيارات. يضيف مزوّد الاستضافة إلى الموقع برنامجًا لقياس حركة الزوار، يضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط (_tccl_visitorوتُحفظ لمدة تصل إلى سنة، و_tccl_visitو_scc_sessionوتنتهي بعد زيارتك بوقت قصير)، ويرسل إلى GoDaddy بيانات استخدام مثل الصفحات التي تمت زيارتها. يمكنك حظر هذه الملفات أو حذفها من إعدادات متصفحك دون أن يتأثر عمل الموقع. - Language preference. Your choice of English or Arabic is saved in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us.تفضيل اللغة. يُحفظ اختيارك للغة العربية أو الإنكليزية في متصفحك فقط (التخزين المحلي) ولا يُرسل إلينا.

- Side-effect reporting form. The online form is provided by Microsoft Forms. Your report is received by ALPHA's pharmacovigilance team and used to assess suspected side effects or quality problems and, where required, to report them to the health authorities. Microsoft processes the form under its own privacy terms.نموذج الإبلاغ عن الآثار الجانبية. يُقدَّم النموذج الإلكتروني عبر Microsoft Forms. يتلقى فريق اليقظة الدوائية في ألفا بلاغك ويستخدمه لتقييم الآثار الجانبية المشتبه بها أو مشكلات الجودة، وإبلاغ الجهات الصحية عنها عند الاقتضاء. وتعالج Microsoft بيانات النموذج وفق شروط الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
- Email. Messages sent to @alpha-syria.com addresses are handled through Microsoft 365 and used to reply to you. CVs sent to jobs@alpha-syria.com are used only for recruitment.البريد الإلكتروني. تُدار الرسائل المرسلة إلى عناوين @alpha-syria.com عبر Microsoft 365 وتُستخدم للرد عليك. أما السير الذاتية المرسلة إلى jobs@alpha-syria.com فتُستخدم لأغراض التوظيف فقط.

Our Instagram and Facebook links are plain links: nothing from those services loads until you click them. Once you leave our website, that site's own privacy policy applies.روابط إنستغرام وفيسبوك في موقعنا روابط عادية، ولا يُحمَّل أي محتوى من هذه الخدمات قبل النقر عليها. وعند مغادرتك موقعنا تسري سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالموقع الآخر.

We do not sell personal information.
